To perform general design services and project coordination services related to residential and commercial development. Position involves customer contact and ability to manage priorities. AutoCAD and Land Development Desktop or similar experience is required.

Land Planning

Landscape Architects or Land Planner
To develop conceptual land-use plans, perform general site and subdivision planning services and create landscape plans for land development projects. AutoCAD and Land Development Desktop experience preferred.

Surveying

Instrument Person
Experienced with operating surveying equipment and performing boundary, topographic and house location surveys.

Survey Party Chief
Performs boundary and topography surveys for land development projects and construction stakeouts. Additional responsibilities would include: supervising field personnel, tracking time for crews, truck and equipment inventory. Key skills include: • Knowledge of GPS systems. • Knowledge of Computer Systems & Software • Technical Surveying Skills • Communications and Diplomacy
